ORDER YOUR INSOLES
Choose "Basic" if you have flat feet or "Pro" if you need e.g. soft bedding. Also take a look at our sports insoles. We'll get in touch with you personally, even if you need different insoles or no insoles at all. You can also use our live chat so that we can advise you immediately.
Our master orthopedic expert receives a scan of your feet that is accurate to the millimeter and we describe in your video which foot problems he has identified and how we would design your insole for you. You can then give us your "go" for production or ask additional questions. We are here to help you!

WE SEND YOU YOUR INSOLES
As soon as we have your consent, we will 3D print and manufacture your insoles within a few days and send them to you free of charge. We are always there for you if you have any further questions!
STEP BY STEP STABLE
Without proper support, a flat foot arch can lead to pain ranging from your feet to your back. Sooley insoles provide stabilization and reduce discomfort – for pain-free walking and sports.
Foot pain and strain often indicate the need for insoles, which can also alleviate indirect pain in the knees, hips, or back. Not sure? Before we start production, you'll receive a video explaining what we'll do for you. We only begin once you're convinced.
Our custom-made shoe insoles combine precision and comfort by tailoring them to your individual foot needs. With our 3D scanning app you can scan your feet at home and we will measure and analyze your foot position down to the smallest detail.
Each insole is personally manufactured for you and is made of sustainable TPU material. Unlike regular foam, TPU is highly breathable, exceptionally durable, and yet remains flexible.
Materials
The insoles are made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with varying degrees of hardness, offering excellent cushioning and rebound properties. Additionally, they are bacteriostatic and breathable due to their mesh structure. The covering is antibacterial, hypoallergenic, and vegan.
Our ECO insoles impress with their open, net-like structure, which makes them particularly light and breathable. Since they are not made to measure, you do not need a scan - simply choose your appropriate size and put it in your shopping cart.
The new AIR insoles impress with a particularly fine 3D printed structure, which makes them even softer, lighter and more breathable. At just 37 grams per insole (EU42), they are very comfortable to wear. Simply choose the right size, a scan is not necessary.

OUR APP
The Sooley app uses a combination of 3D sensors, AI, image recognition, and 3D modeling to create your perfect insoles.
First, remove the old shoe inserts or insoles. Then place the Sooley shoe inserts in your shoes so that they fit snugly. If the shoe inserts are too long, you can easily trim them at the front. If necessary, clean the shoe inserts with mild soap and water and let them air dry.
What exactly does "custom-made" shoe insoles mean?
After scanning your feet with our 3D Sooley app, our foot experts use cutting-edge technology to analyze the 3D model of your feet. We then manufacture the insoles using advanced 3D printers to ensure a precise and customized fit. At Sooley, each custom insole is unique, made just for you.
How is the perfect fit of my sooley shoe insoles guaranteed?
The fit is based on a millimeter-accurate 3D scan of your feet and the insole of the shoe, additional information from a questionnaire and the shoe type. With this data we can guarantee an ideal fit.
How do I know if I need shoe insoles?
70% of the population is said to have a foot misalignment. Constant or recurring foot pain and discomfort, including indirect pain such as in the knee, hip, back, head or jaw, can be signs that shoe insoles are needed. If you are not sure, we will be happy to provide you with a preliminary analysis. To do this, scan your foot with our free app and simply book our video consultation .
Difference to insoles from drugstore or shoe store?
Sooley shoe insoles provide customized support and pressure relief to relieve and prevent discomfort, unlike standardized insoles.
Are the shoe insoles also suitable for children?
Insoles are only made for children over the age of 18. For children, it is recommended that they go to an orthopedic specialist.
Can my Sooley shoe insoles be used in any shoe?

Is the cover material suitable for me?
Yes! Our covering material onSteam® is a high-quality microfiber with a pleasant leather look and unique properties. It is 100% breathable , absorbs 8 times its density in moisture and ensures dry feet thanks to its heat-regulating effect .
Thanks to its special structure, onSteam® makes it easier to get in and out of the shoe without losing grip. It is also abrasion-resistant, antimicrobial, odor-repellent, hypoallergenic, sweat-resistant and washable at 95 °C - ideal for everyday use.
If you have very sensitive skin or are unsure, you can also request the shoe insoles without a cover.
Do I really need more than 1 pair of shoe insoles?
Orthopedic experts recommend using shoe insoles in all the shoes you wear frequently. Typically, this means having at least 2-3 pairs. Orthopedic shoe insoles need to be replaced after about 800 km of use, or about 1 year if worn on alternate days. To ensure you don't have to replace your shoe insoles sooner, it's a good idea to order a spare pair at a time.
What material are the shoe insoles made of?

Where are your shoe insoles made?
The shoe insoles are produced in our own workshop in Konstanz.
Up to what shoe size do you produce insoles?
Our insoles can be made in all sizes.
Can I have insoles made for my cycling shoes?
Yes, we developed the bike version of our performance insoles especially for cyclists.
How long do your shoe insoles last?
Durability depends on use and care. With normal use, shoe insoles should be replaced after approximately 18 months or 800 km of walking.
What does the ordering process look like?
After ordering and paying on the website, a foot scan is carried out using our app. The produced shoe insoles are sent directly to you.
How do you get my scan data?
The scan data is automatically uploaded to Sooley's servers during the scanning process in the app. By entering the email address in the app and when purchasing, we can assign the scans to the orders.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes around 48 hours in Germany, around 5 working days in Europe and up to 3 weeks internationally, depending on customs. The ordering and production process varies depending on the product: We send our prefabricated shoe insoles (ECO and AIR) the next working day. For custom-made shoe insoles (such as Basic, Pro, etc.) we need up to 2 weeks for the entire process, from the video consultation and your approval to the design and printing. The faster we receive your scan and feedback, the faster we can process the rest.
Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to a Packstation. Please provide both your postal code and the Packstation number.
My package didn't arrive
That's unfortunate! On request, we will send you a DHL tracking link with which you can track your package. If your package still cannot be found, please contact our customer service at support@sooley.de
Do you also deliver your shoe insoles internationally?
Yes, you can also conveniently order our shoe insoles from abroad. Please note any shipping costs and customs duties.
Will my health insurance cover the costs?
With a private prescription, you can settle the costs for your shoe insoles directly with your health insurance company, depending on your tariff. So far, our customers have not had any problems with the billing. You will receive an invoice from us that you can submit.
In Germany, statutory health insurance companies currently only cover the costs of tailor-made shoe insoles if they are handed over personally to the customer (in circulation) by orthopedic shoe technicians.
How does Sooley contribute to sustainability?
Our production is based on environmentally friendly technologies such as 3D printing, recyclable materials and a digital scanning app that reduces unnecessary shipping and waste. We also use green electricity and sustainable packaging.
How is waste in production reduced?
Our shoe insoles are manufactured using a high-precision 3D printing process that only uses the exact amount of material needed. This means there is no waste . We melt down and reuse misprints instead of throwing them away.
Are Sooley shoe insoles recyclable?
Yes! Our insoles are made of TPU , a fully recyclable material. If you no longer need your old Sooley insoles, you can simply send them back to us - we will take care of the recycling.
