3D printing – less waste, more precision
Our shoe insoles are produced using additive manufacturing . This means no waste and minimal material consumption . We only print what is really needed.
Digital measurement instead of unnecessary shipping
Thanks to our Sooley Scan app, there is no need to send foam or impression sheets. This means we avoid two transport routes and significantly reduce CO₂ emissions.
Recycling instead of garbage
Our insoles are made of recyclable TPU . We melt down and reuse misprints. You can even send back your old insoles so we can recycle them.
Sustainable Materials & Packaging
Our breathable cover material onSteam® is durable, sweat-resistant and produced in an environmentally friendly way. Our packaging is made of 100% paper and is easily recyclable.
